Abstract: This study scrutinizes the association between latest media technologies within the Politics of United States of America and social communication between individuals. Social media has become an integral part of our everyday lives, and it is significant to consider the potential impact which these tools could have on US Presidential Election, 2016, by counting their influence on the actions of politicians. In a representative system of government, policy outcomes are hampered by the political preferences and the thinking of the voters. The media play a vital role in shaping these political interests and beliefs of the voters. They collect, recapitulate, and casing the information that voters exercise in their voting choices. It discovers how new media technologies such as, “The E-newspaper, the internet and e-mail, Twitter, face book as computer applications,” became the main cause of Trump victory, The thesis includes and covers all the aspects of new social media and their influences upon politics of USA by concentrating upon media government relationship as well as impact of media upon political decision making process. The ethical behavior is not considered obligatory so far as the actual media practices is concerned. The conclusions proposed that the emergence of newly trend i.e twitter and face book enables Trumps to defeat Hillary as trump rejects the old traditional media of TV news channels and print media sectors because these old media trend according to Trump proves to be short of many essential professional ethics of journalism and is required to improve them so as to validate their liberalization. Twitter and face book is considered as an effective instrument to inculcate the specific or requisite philosophies in to the minds of the opponent masses. The media role should be moderate at each and every policy of government and it should avoid extremist or biased as well as one sided view of any issue so as to present totally opposite picture of the real facts.
